You can cancel your order only before it is confirmed and processed by the restaurant or delivery partner.
Once the order is confirmed and being prepared or out for delivery, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
To cancel your order, please use the cancellation option available in the app immediately after placing your order.

If you cancel an order before confirmation, you will receive a full refund through your original payment method.
Orders that are already confirmed, prepared, or dispatched cannot be canceled.
